Maryland Medical Card Renewals

This was my first calling about getting certified I must say my experience was great. From the person who took my call to the nurse was so professional and friendly. I will recommend everyone to go through FPC. THIS WAS A GREAT EXPERIENCE. THANK YOU SO MUCH

First of all to adequately rake the customer service that I received from Aaron would need more stars. We would need at least 10 stars. He was very patient with me, very kind, and very very well mannered. I kind of felt like he was looking out for my best interest and welfare. I’m not in love but it doesn’t get any better than this.

Listen If you’re not hip to Fells point cannabis docs you’re out of your mind this is a one stop shop for all your needs recertification, renewals you name it, I would recommend anyone and everyone. I reached out one afternoon when I went to the dispensary and my recertification wasn’t right and bam in minutes on a Sunday (yes) you heard me Sunday they got me right. They are all about customer service and I really appreciate that A+++

Aaron was great, sent free swag, helped me make my appointment for my renewal and was also was very responsive. All around great dude, and great company, definitely make an appointment when you can.

I have looked at many different places online to find just the right doctor to help all my needs and Fells Point Cannabis Docs blew all of my expectations! The process was so simple and fast! Wow, I am new to Maryland and it took just one call and a same day visit to get approved. Everyone was so nice and they walked me through everything. I am a cancer patient on chemo with lots of issues and they even recommended a few products and a list of dispensaries that might help with my pain, anxiety and uncomfortability after my treatments. I did have all my doctor's reports that they requested, and it was a smooth experience. I am glad I am in a cannabis approved state now and found these people. I just had my appointment with Cannabis Docs and I got say they were amazing. They answered all my questions and got my appointment setup to see the Doc that same day. The whole process and experience was great. I would recommend them. Thank you Cannabis Docs for making an already hard time easier. Very grateful.

I had multiple issues getting my medical card. I had started trying to get my certification in July of 2020. I had my application returned and I couldn't figure out why. I was getting frustrated. Finally I found out I could see a doctor first and that they could help me get my application right. Aaron was so helpful! With the MMCC switching over the Beacon one stop, everything was completely messed up. It was like I had an ID number but they couldn't activate it. Aaron worked very hard to get everything in order and I was finally able to get my certification and visit a dispensary for the first time yesterday. Highly recommend them!!!!!

Unbelievable company! They made everything so easy. They were extremely professional. I would definitely recommend them if you need to get a medical card.

Aaron was more than helpful, everything he told me would happen did and it only took about 20 hrs to actually go to the dispensary. When I had a question about anything I would message Aaron and he would immediately respond back and each time he helped me. He’s an outstanding employee and defiantly deserves some recognition. I wanted to write a review after my excellent service from Fells Point. The nurses were great, and I was guided through the paperwork process efficiently and was provided with ample help. The customer service was fantastic and Aaron helped me ensure that my card arrived quickly. I can’t wait to come back next year to renew my card. Highly recommend!

Had to come back to change my review. I suffer from Bipolar Manic Depression. Had a issue with staff. However once the manager ( ARRON) ,was made aware he called me himself. Very apologetic. Great service and they make the process so easy and convenient. They got me in way sooner than my scheduled appointment. After a quick phone call with the nurse practitioner to go over my symptoms, I received my MMCC certification less than an hour after my appointment and was able to go to the dispensary that night!

Love every experience I have with this place! Staff were very knowledgeable and friendly. They have been a great resource for me to figure out the best treatment plan for myself. I have felt with other cannabis docs in the past and fells point Cana docs are by far the best bang for your buck there super responsive and reliable there has never been a situation they could not solve highly recommended in my mind there is no other cannabis doctors than even come close to the professional personal treatment that you get from fells point cannabis doctors

I came here for my initial certification and the process was seamless. Whether you are an iPhone or Android user, your teleheath appointment can be done from your phone! I was able to do mine via FaceTime. The staff there was very genuine and friendly. I’d recommend them to anyone interested in medical cannabis.

I thank Aaron for contacting MMCC and working with me, without him I would still be waiting for approval. Maryland one-stop system is having issues sometimes. The overall process with Fells point Medical Cannabis has been great.

I’ve used this company a few times now. They are great at getting you in for your appointment and making sure you pay. That part is quick and easy. They aren’t good at processing any paperwork you may request from them. I have an MVA request that’s very important and can’t get a hold of anyone now that the appointment is over. They haven’t responded to emails. No answer when you call and you can’t leave a message. 🙃✌️ Update: changed back to the 5 star company I always thought they were. Aaron the owner reached out within mins of posting this and immediately got on it. He kept me informed throughout the day and had paperwork to me by the end of the day. Such a rockstar!
