Love every experience I have with this place! Staff were very knowledgeable and friendly. They have been a great resource for me to figure out the best treatment plan for myself. I have felt with other cannabis docs in the past and fells point Cana docs are by far the best bang for your buck there super responsive and reliable there has never been a situation they could not solve highly recommended in my mind there is no other cannabis doctors than even come close to the professional personal treatment that you get from fells point cannabis doctors

I've been a mmcc patient since almost the beginning and had to move after the pandemic leaving my canna doc behind. I made a few calls and upon reaching this place, the FABULOUS Megan answered the phone and (Bless her heart ❤️) My million and one questions! Lol I made my decision right then and there that this is the place I wanna be a part of! Minutes later Carissa called and just like that we were able to get through my appointment. She was down right informative and helped me understand how to use cannabis while on Oxygen 24/7 Above and Beyond!!

Had to come back to change my review. I suffer from Bipolar Manic Depression. Had a issue with staff. However once the manager ( ARRON) ,was made aware he called me himself. Very apologetic. They are very friendly and knowledgeable. It is Easy and fast to get an appointment. When I need help they are right there and available to answer any questions. I would never go anywhere else.

Great service and they make the process so easy and convenient. They got me in way sooner than my scheduled appointment. After a quick phone call with the nurse practitioner to go over my symptoms, I received my MMCC certification less than an hour after my appointment and was able to go to the dispensary that night!

I recently moved to Baltimore from Washington State, and I found the whole process easy to navigate. Everything was done so quickly one I got Okayed through Maryland. I recommend the very thorough nurse practitioner, Clarissa. She asked pertinent questions regarding my health and medication I was on. I recommend Fells Point Medical Cannabis to anyone suffering from a chronic pain condition, depression, anxiety, and PTSD. This really works wonders for me.

I set up my initial consultation appointment in the morning and recieved a text that there was an open slot if I'd like to start now, so I went ahead and called in. In less than 10 minutes I was talking with a nurse and after a quick but thorough conversation about my symptoms I was accepted and certified by the time I got off the phone. Aaron was more than helpful, everything he told me would happen did and it only took about 20 hrs to actually go to the dispensary. When I had a question about anything I would message Aaron and he would immediately respond back and each time he helped me. He’s an outstanding employee and defiantly deserves some recognition. After a year and a half of not having help and wasting money I have been able to finally receive adequate help from the Fells Point office. Aaron is beyond amazing. From reaching out and making sure I fully understood the process, to walking me through despite my busy schedule, Aaron truly made this a flawless process. It took less than 2 days to be set up and square away. I am thankful for his professionalism as well as his continuous help when I was confused. Without a doubt I would refer anyone to this office of respectful people.

Had an appointment about a week or two ago to handle a card renewal, only to find out today (since my dispensary was nice enough to call) that I was never billed and my medical card was not renewed. Edit: The issue was handled promptly and effectively, thank you.

This practice does good faith exams. Very friendly, knowledgeable and were able to have a telehealth meeting within 30 minutes of me calling to get my yearly certification. Highly recommend. They also sent me a free pair of socks in the mail. Thanks!

Fells Point did a great job renewing my certification. I will use them again when I need to renew my card. They asked medical questions that other places have never asked before so I felt they cared about my overall health/condition.

I had a wonderful, helpful experience with Aaron. There was an issue with my account and I contacted the chat over the weekend. He quickly responded and showed me he was concerned about helping me. I had multiple issues getting my medical card. I had started trying to get my certification in July of 2020. I had my application returned and I couldn't figure out why. I was getting frustrated. Finally I found out I could see a doctor first and that they could help me get my application right. Aaron was so helpful! With the MMCC switching over the Beacon one stop, everything was completely messed up. It was like I had an ID number but they couldn't activate it. Aaron worked very hard to get everything in order and I was finally able to get my certification and visit a dispensary for the first time yesterday. Highly recommend them!!!!!

First of all to adequately rake the customer service that I received from Aaron would need more stars. We would need at least 10 stars. He was very patient with me, very kind, and very very well mannered. I kind of felt like he was looking out for my best interest and welfare. I’m not in love but it doesn’t get any better than this.
