Maryland Medical Card Certifications

I’ve used this company a few times now. They are great at getting you in for your appointment and making sure you pay. That part is quick and easy. They aren’t good at processing any paperwork you may request from them. I have an MVA request that’s very important and can’t get a hold of anyone now that the appointment is over. They haven’t responded to emails. No answer when you call and you can’t leave a message. 🙃✌️ Update: changed back to the 5 star company I always thought they were. Aaron the owner reached out within mins of posting this and immediately got on it. He kept me informed throughout the day and had paperwork to me by the end of the day. Such a rockstar! As business owners ourselves, we take pride in excellent customer service and we understand human error. Aaron showed up and delivered. Thank you kindly sir 😘✌️

AGAIN (got my renewal) they are QUICK, EASY, EFFICIENT and AFFORDABLE. we're talking about real medical staff you are incredibly knowledgeable about what we all can consider one of the best medicines for your soul body n mind. they will be able to tell you things about cannabis you didn't know, especially those of you who swear you know everything about it. not to mention their office is freaking amazing and beautiful.

I thank Aaron for contacting MMCC and working with me, without him I would still be waiting for approval. Maryland one-stop system is having issues sometimes. The overall process with Fells point Medical Cannabis has been great.

Great service and they make the process so easy and convenient. They got me in way sooner than my scheduled appointment. After a quick phone call with the nurse practitioner to go over my symptoms, I received my MMCC certification less than an hour after my appointment and was able to go to the dispensary that night!

I set up my initial consultation appointment in the morning and recieved a text that there was an open slot if I'd like to start now, so I went ahead and called in. In less than 10 minutes I was talking with a nurse and after a quick but thorough conversation about my symptoms I was accepted and certified by the time I got off the phone. They was so caring gave me all the information I need and more answered all my questions and when my mmcc Id didn't work they got in contact with mmcc and got me all set with in an hour my doctor was so helpful and gave me more information about the process and how it can help my health thank you so much I recommend them 👍🏿👍🏿👍🏿

Listen If you’re not hip to Fells point cannabis docs you’re out of your mind this is a one stop shop for all your needs recertification, renewals you name it, I would recommend anyone and everyone. I reached out one afternoon when I went to the dispensary and my recertification wasn’t right and bam in minutes on a Sunday (yes) you heard me Sunday they got me right. They are all about customer service and I really appreciate that A+++

I had multiple issues getting my medical card. I had started trying to get my certification in July of 2020. I had my application returned and I couldn't figure out why. I was getting frustrated. Finally I found out I could see a doctor first and that they could help me get my application right. Aaron was so helpful! With the MMCC switching over the Beacon one stop, everything was completely messed up. It was like I had an ID number but they couldn't activate it. Aaron worked very hard to get everything in order and I was finally able to get my certification and visit a dispensary for the first time yesterday. Highly recommend them!!!!!

From the scheduling staff to the exceptional providers, they all do a tremendous job by assisting you on a better path of health care. My provider is the best. She really listens to you and gives clarity on a treatment plan! Schedule with this firm, you will not be disappointed!

I had a wonderful, helpful experience with Aaron. There was an issue with my account and I contacted the chat over the weekend. He quickly responded and showed me he was concerned about helping me. Aaron told me he would handle it first thing during normal operating hours! He did just that I didn't have to contact him to remind him he took care of my situation very swiftly. Fells Point staff an Dr Benny we’re very professional an informative. They helped me with all my questions an made me very comfortable discussing medical issues.

This is a great place to get your certs and renewals! Same day appointments sometimes and if not, they work to get you in faster than any other place I have ever called. The appointments are thorough, but quick and the prescribers here are so patient and friendly.

First of all to adequately rake the customer service that I received from Aaron would need more stars. We would need at least 10 stars. He was very patient with me, very kind, and very very well mannered. I kind of felt like he was looking out for my best interest and welfare. I’m not in love but it doesn’t get any better than this.
