The customer service was fantastic and Aaron helped me ensure that my card arrived quickly. I can’t wait to come back next year to renew my card. Highly recommend!

Had to come back to change my review. I suffer from Bipolar Manic Depression. Had a issue with staff. However once the manager ( ARRON) ,was made aware he called me himself. Very apologetic. Service was excellent and fast. I just received my certification today. Although my English is very bad, I still receive very enthusiastic and friendly help. I would like to thank Aaron Shiller and Dr. Carissa Sweeney, they are amazing. I will definitely renew my certification next year here. and I will recommend to my friends and family.

Great service and they make the process so easy and convenient. They got me in way sooner than my scheduled appointment. After a quick phone call with the nurse practitioner to go over my symptoms, I received my MMCC certification less than an hour after my appointment and was able to go to the dispensary that night!

I set up my initial consultation appointment in the morning and recieved a text that there was an open slot if I'd like to start now, so I went ahead and called in. In less than 10 minutes I was talking with a nurse and after a quick but thorough conversation about my symptoms I was accepted and certified by the time I got off the phone. They was so caring gave me all the information I need and more answered all my questions and when my mmcc Id didn't work they got in contact with mmcc and got me all set with in an hour my doctor was so helpful and gave me more information about the process and how it can help my health thank you so much I recommend them 👍🏿👍🏿👍🏿

I just had my appointment with Cannabis Docs and I got say they were amazing. They answered all my questions and got my appointment setup to see the Doc that same day. After a year and a half of not having help and wasting money I have been able to finally receive adequate help from the Fells Point office. Aaron is beyond amazing. From reaching out and making sure I fully understood the process, to walking me through despite my busy schedule, Aaron truly made this a flawless process. It took less than 2 days to be set up and square away. I am thankful for his professionalism as well as his continuous help when I was confused. Without a doubt I would refer anyone to this office of respectful people.

Fells Point Cannabis Docs was hands down one of the most pleasant experiences I've had with a doctor & staff. Aaron was extremely helpful & very attentive. I was quickly contacted to see if I needed any help etc. I was walked through the process every step of the way. Every question I had was answered swiftly. The Dr. made me feel very comfortable talking to her. The whole process took less than 30 min. All paperwork that was needed, was immediately emailed to me afterwards as well. There was no waiting. I highly recommend these guys. You won't be disappointed!

I had multiple issues getting my medical card. I had started trying to get my certification in July of 2020. I had my application returned and I couldn't figure out why. I was getting frustrated. Finally I found out I could see a doctor first and that they could help me get my application right. Aaron was so helpful! With the MMCC switching over the Beacon one stop, everything was completely messed up. It was like I had an ID number but they couldn't activate it. Aaron worked very hard to get everything in order and I was finally able to get my certification and visit a dispensary for the first time yesterday. Highly recommend them!!!!!

AGAIN (got my renewal) they are QUICK, EASY, EFFICIENT and AFFORDABLE. we're talking about real medical staff you are incredibly knowledgeable about what we all can consider one of the best medicines for your soul body n mind. they will be able to tell you things about cannabis you didn't know, especially those of you who swear you know everything about it. not to mention their office is freaking amazing and beautiful.

First of all to adequately rake the customer service that I received from Aaron would need more stars. We would need at least 10 stars. He was very patient with me, very kind, and very very well mannered. I kind of felt like he was looking out for my best interest and welfare. I’m not in love but it doesn’t get any better than this.

Listen If you’re not hip to Fells point cannabis docs you’re out of your mind this is a one stop shop for all your needs recertification, renewals you name it, I would recommend anyone and everyone. I reached out one afternoon when I went to the dispensary and my recertification wasn’t right and bam in minutes on a Sunday (yes) you heard me Sunday they got me right. They are all about customer service and I really appreciate that A+++

This is a great place to get your certs and renewals! Same day appointments sometimes and if not, they work to get you in faster than any other place I have ever called. The appointments are thorough, but quick and the prescribers here are so patient and friendly.

I have looked at many different places online to find just the right doctor to help all my needs and Fells Point Cannabis Docs blew all of my expectations! The process was so simple and fast! Wow, I am new to Maryland and it took just one call and a same day visit to get approved. Everyone was so nice and they walked me through everything. I am a cancer patient on chemo with lots of issues and they even recommended a few products and a list of dispensaries that might help with my pain, anxiety and uncomfortability after my treatments. I did have all my doctor's reports that they requested, and it was a smooth experience. I am glad I am in a cannabis approved state now and found these people. Fells Point was a wonderful experience all the way around...I needed to renew and they fit me in the next day. I have referred my sister for her renewal, she really enjoyed her experience and my Husband had his first appointment today and really enjoyed Darian as we all did. Had an appointment about a week or two ago to handle a card renewal, only to find out today (since my dispensary was nice enough to call) that I was never billed and my medical card was not renewed. Edit: The issue was handled promptly and effectively, thank you.
