Maryland Medical Card Renewals

I thank Aaron for contacting MMCC and working with me, without him I would still be waiting for approval. Maryland one-stop system is having issues sometimes. The overall process with Fells point Medical Cannabis has been great.

Had an appointment about a week or two ago to handle a card renewal, only to find out today (since my dispensary was nice enough to call) that I was never billed and my medical card was not renewed. Edit: The issue was handled promptly and effectively, thank you.

I've been a mmcc patient since almost the beginning and had to move after the pandemic leaving my canna doc behind. I made a few calls and upon reaching this place, the FABULOUS Megan answered the phone and (Bless her heart ❤️) My million and one questions! Lol I made my decision right then and there that this is the place I wanna be a part of! Minutes later Carissa called and just like that we were able to get through my appointment. She was down right informative and helped me understand how to use cannabis while on Oxygen 24/7 Above and Beyond!!

I have looked at many different places online to find just the right doctor to help all my needs and Fells Point Cannabis Docs blew all of my expectations! The process was so simple and fast! I just had my appointment with Cannabis Docs and I got say they were amazing. They answered all my questions and got my appointment setup to see the Doc that same day. Had to come back to change my review. I suffer from Bipolar Manic Depression. Had a issue with staff. However once the manager ( ARRON) ,was made aware he called me himself. Very apologetic. First of all to adequately rake the customer service that I received from Aaron would need more stars. We would need at least 10 stars. He was very patient with me, very kind, and very very well mannered. I kind of felt like he was looking out for my best interest and welfare. I’m not in love but it doesn’t get any better than this.

I had multiple issues getting my medical card. I had started trying to get my certification in July of 2020. I had my application returned and I couldn't figure out why. I was getting frustrated. Finally I found out I could see a doctor first and that they could help me get my application right. Aaron was so helpful! With the MMCC switching over the Beacon one stop, everything was completely messed up. It was like I had an ID number but they couldn't activate it. Aaron worked very hard to get everything in order and I was finally able to get my certification and visit a dispensary for the first time yesterday. Highly recommend them!!!!!

I had a wonderful, helpful experience with Aaron. There was an issue with my account and I contacted the chat over the weekend. He quickly responded and showed me he was concerned about helping me. Aaron told me he would handle it first thing during normal operating hours! He did just that I didn't have to contact him to remind him he took care of my situation very swiftly. The Dr. made me feel very comfortable talking to her. The whole process took less than 30 min. All paperwork that was needed, was immediately emailed to me afterwards as well. There was no waiting. Love every experience I have with this place! Staff were very knowledgeable and friendly. They have been a great resource for me to figure out the best treatment plan for myself. Wow, I am new to Maryland and it took just one call and a same day visit to get approved. Everyone was so nice and they walked me through everything. I am a cancer patient on chemo with lots of issues and they even recommended a few products and a list of dispensaries that might help with my pain, anxiety and uncomfortability after my treatments. I did have all my doctor's reports that they requested, and it was a smooth experience. I am glad I am in a cannabis approved state now and found these people. I decided to change clinics for my MMCC renewal after going to one of the events hosted by Fells Point Cannabis Docs. I liked how informative and knowledgeable the staff seemed to be. I met a guy named Aaron who was very friendly and he made me want to come back. The renewal was easy and quick. The doctor answered all my questions and I was out of there in 20 minutes. The office was beautiful. I especially loved all the local art. This is my new go to office for renewing my medical card. I won't go anywhere else from here on out. I even found out I could do my renewal online if I wanted to, but the office is just to cool too miss. I highly recommend this office and their staff.

Called and got an appointment same day! The telemed options make it convenient and easy. They were knowledgeable and really helped me explore options that work for me.

This is a great place to get your certs and renewals! Same day appointments sometimes and if not, they work to get you in faster than any other place I have ever called. The appointments are thorough, but quick and the prescribers here are so patient and friendly.

I recently moved to Baltimore from Washington State, and I found the whole process easy to navigate. Everything was done so quickly one I got Okayed through Maryland. I recommend the very thorough nurse practitioner, Clarissa. She asked pertinent questions regarding my health and medication I was on.
