I have looked at many different places online to find just the right doctor to help all my needs and Fells Point Cannabis Docs blew all of my expectations! The process was so simple and fast! I couldn’t believe it! Dana is so wonderful and she really helped me understand many things and I loved talking with her because she actually listens and wants to make others happy. I felt so comfortable with her and she is such a life saver. When I initially called just to get information, all my questions was answered and they were very friendly and made me feel at ease. I had multiple issues getting my medical card. I had started trying to get my certification in July of 2020. I had my application returned and I couldn't figure out why. I was getting frustrated. Finally I found out I could see a doctor first and that they could help me get my application right. Aaron was so helpful! With the MMCC switching over the Beacon one stop, everything was completely messed up. It was like I had an ID number but they couldn't activate it. Aaron worked very hard to get everything in order and I was finally able to get my certification and visit a dispensary for the first time yesterday. Highly recommend them!!!!!

This is a great place to get your certs and renewals! Same day appointments sometimes and if not, they work to get you in faster than any other place I have ever called. The appointments are thorough, but quick and the prescribers here are so patient and friendly.

Aaron was more than helpful, everything he told me would happen did and it only took about 20 hrs to actually go to the dispensary. Fells Point was a wonderful experience all the way around...I needed to renew and they fit me in the next day. I have referred my sister for her renewal, she really enjoyed her experience and my Husband had his first appointment today and really enjoyed Darian as we all did. I recently moved to Baltimore from Washington State, and I found the whole process easy to navigate. Everything was done so quickly one I got Okayed through Maryland. I recommend the very thorough nurse practitioner, Clarissa. She asked pertinent questions regarding my health and medication I was on. I recommend Fells Point Medical Cannabis to anyone suffering from a chronic pain condition, depression, anxiety, and PTSD. This really works wonders for me.

Service was excellent and fast. I just received my certification today. Although my English is very bad, I still receive very enthusiastic and friendly help. First of all to adequately rake the customer service that I received from Aaron would need more stars. We would need at least 10 stars. He was very patient with me, very kind, and very very well mannered. I kind of felt like he was looking out for my best interest and welfare. I’m not in love but it doesn’t get any better than this.

Listen If you’re not hip to Fells point cannabis docs you’re out of your mind this is a one stop shop for all your needs recertification, renewals you name it, I would recommend anyone and everyone. I reached out one afternoon when I went to the dispensary and my recertification wasn’t right and bam in minutes on a Sunday (yes) you heard me Sunday they got me right. They are all about customer service and I really appreciate that A+++

Fells Point Cannabis Docs was hands down one of the most pleasant experiences I've had with a doctor & staff. Aaron was extremely helpful & very attentive. I was quickly contacted to see if I needed any help etc. I was walked through the process every step of the way. Every question I had was answered swiftly. The Dr. made me feel very comfortable talking to her. The whole process took less than 30 min. All paperwork that was needed, was immediately emailed to me afterwards as well. There was no waiting. I highly recommend these guys. You won't be disappointed!

Had an appointment about a week or two ago to handle a card renewal, only to find out today (since my dispensary was nice enough to call) that I was never billed and my medical card was not renewed. Edit: The issue was handled promptly and effectively, thank you.

I've been a mmcc patient since almost the beginning and had to move after the pandemic leaving my canna doc behind. I made a few calls and upon reaching this place, the FABULOUS Megan answered the phone and (Bless her heart ❤️) My million and one questions! Lol I made my decision right then and there that this is the place I wanna be a part of! Minutes later Carissa called and just like that we were able to get through my appointment. I went to Fells Point Cannabis Docs to get my medical cannabis certification because they were recommended to me. They are compassionate and caring and do an excellent job. I decided to change clinics for my MMCC renewal after going to one of the events hosted by Fells Point Cannabis Docs. I liked how informative and knowledgeable the staff seemed to be. I met a guy named Aaron who was very friendly and he made me want to come back. The renewal was easy and quick. The doctor answered all my questions and I was out of there in 20 minutes. The office was beautiful. I especially loved all the local art. This is my new go to office for renewing my medical card. I won't go anywhere else from here on out. I even found out I could do my renewal online if I wanted to, but the office is just to cool too miss. I highly recommend this office and their staff.
