Maryland Medical Card Certifications

I had an excellent experience speaking to the nurse practitioner. She was incredibly helpful and informative on the products they have at the dispensary that would help with my symptoms. I highly recommend them!

Had an appointment about a week or two ago to handle a card renewal, only to find out today (since my dispensary was nice enough to call) that I was never billed and my medical card was not renewed. Edit: The issue was handled promptly and effectively, thank you.

This practice does good faith exams. Very friendly, knowledgeable and were able to have a telehealth meeting within 30 minutes of me calling to get my yearly certification. Highly recommend. They also sent me a free pair of socks in the mail. Thanks!

I had multiple issues getting my medical card. I had started trying to get my certification in July of 2020. I had my application returned and I couldn't figure out why. I was getting frustrated. Finally I found out I could see a doctor first and that they could help me get my application right. Aaron was so helpful! With the MMCC switching over the Beacon one stop, everything was completely messed up. It was like I had an ID number but they couldn't activate it. Aaron worked very hard to get everything in order and I was finally able to get my certification and visit a dispensary for the first time yesterday. Highly recommend them!!!!!

I've been a mmcc patient since almost the beginning and had to move after the pandemic leaving my canna doc behind. I made a few calls and upon reaching this place, the FABULOUS Megan answered the phone and (Bless her heart ❤️) My million and one questions! Lol I made my decision right then and there that this is the place I wanna be a part of! Minutes later Carissa called and just like that we were able to get through my appointment. She was down right informative and helped me understand how to use cannabis while on Oxygen 24/7 Above and Beyond!!

I set up my initial consultation appointment in the morning and recieved a text that there was an open slot if I'd like to start now, so I went ahead and called in. In less than 10 minutes I was talking with a nurse and after a quick but thorough conversation about my symptoms I was accepted and certified by the time I got off the phone. Incredibly efficient and personable, thank you Carissa.

I wanted to write a review after my excellent service from Fells Point. The nurses were great, and I was guided through the paperwork process efficiently and was provided with ample help. The customer service was fantastic and Aaron helped me ensure that my card arrived quickly. I can’t wait to come back next year to renew my card. Highly recommend!

Wow, I am new to Maryland and it took just one call and a same day visit to get approved. Everyone was so nice and they walked me through everything. I am a cancer patient on chemo with lots of issues and they even recommended a few products and a list of dispensaries that might help with my pain, anxiety and uncomfortability after my treatments. I did have all my doctor's reports that they requested, and it was a smooth experience. I am glad I am in a cannabis approved state now and found these people. Now I am ready to shop for something to help me through the tough year.ahead. Mike H.

First of all to adequately rake the customer service that I received from Aaron would need more stars. We would need at least 10 stars. He was very patient with me, very kind, and very very well mannered. I kind of felt like he was looking out for my best interest and welfare. I’m not in love but it doesn’t get any better than this.

The doctor was very understanding and made me feel very comfortable, I do have a good bit of issues:) I appreciate his personality, and though I paid almost twice what another 2 doctors quoted... I still chose him. Thank you for making this painless as possible

From start to finish these folks have been amazing. I was able to get scheduled super fast to speak to their clinicians for my certification. I felt comfortable and that they cared about me and my condition. The clinician gave me a personalized medical plan based upon my symptoms and desired outcome I was seeking. When my application hit a snag with the commission they reached out and took care of it. I highly recommend them and will not be using any other practice for my medical cannabis needs.

I’ve used this company a few times now. They are great at getting you in for your appointment and making sure you pay. That part is quick and easy. They aren’t good at processing any paperwork you may request from them. I have an MVA request that’s very important and can’t get a hold of anyone now that the appointment is over. They haven’t responded to emails. No answer when you call and you can’t leave a message. 🙃✌️ Update: changed back to the 5 star company I always thought they were. Aaron the owner reached out within mins of posting this and immediately got on it. He kept me informed throughout the day and had paperwork to me by the end of the day. Such a rockstar! As business owners ourselves, we take pride in excellent customer service and we understand human error. Aaron showed up and delivered. Thank you kindly sir 😘✌️

I came here for my initial certification and the process was seamless. Whether you are an iPhone or Android user, your teleheath appointment can be done from your phone! I was able to do mine via FaceTime. The staff there was very genuine and friendly. I’d recommend them to anyone interested in medical cannabis.

I recently moved to Baltimore from Washington State, and I found the whole process easy to navigate. Everything was done so quickly one I got Okayed through Maryland. I recommend the very thorough nurse practitioner, Clarissa. She asked pertinent questions regarding my health and medication I was on. I recommend Fells Point Medical Cannabis to anyone suffering from a chronic pain condition, depression, anxiety, and PTSD. This really works wonders for me.

I had a wonderful, helpful experience with Aaron. There was an issue with my account and I contacted the chat over the weekend. He quickly responded and showed me he was concerned about helping me. Aaron told me he would handle it first thing during normal operating hours! He did just that I didn't have to contact him to remind him he took care of my situation very swiftly. This is a great place to get your certs and renewals! Same day appointments sometimes and if not, they work to get you in faster than any other place I have ever called. The appointments are thorough, but quick and the prescribers here are so patient and friendly.
